The New Standard of Laser Treatment
Aerolase® Neo Elite

We at SpaGo Medical Spa and Laser Acne and Rosacea Center of Erie our excited to offer the latest in skincare. We love our Medical Grade Peels and Hydrafacial Treatments but nothing surpasses the Aerolase Neo Laser, an aesthetic medical laser that provides a premium patient experience unrivaled in dermatology and aesthetics. Uniquely gentle, the Neo offers complete skin rejuvenation in a safe, effective, and tolerable treatment for ALL SKIN TYPES AND SKIN TONES. The Neo’s unique 650-microsecond technology is attracted to a combination of melanin, hemoglobin, and water in the skin tissue – which contribute to your skin’s signs of aging. The Neo’s energy passes through the skin, deep into the dermis, to selectively heat these targets without adverse effects – resulting in clear, healthy skin that lasts.  The 650-microsecond pulse eliminates discomfort during treatment and provides safe, highly efficacious results for even the darkest skin tones.  Contact us for more information or schedule your next appointment online.

The Aerolase Neo Elite addresses a variety
of concerns, including:

How is the Aerolase different from an IPL (BBL)?

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) consists of multiple wavelengths of light that spreads out and is less intense than a laser. It use to be considered much more gentle and safer than lasers, especially for darker complected individuals. The Aerolase laser has changed that. The high-energy pulse from the Aerolase handpiece is delivered into irregularities with an extremely short 650-microsecond pulse that results in less “thermal relaxation time.” With less heat delivered to surrounding tissue, we can provide deeper and more effective treatment with little to no downtime. This makes it unnecessary to use another technology that was previously an option for those who could not tolerate laser.

How does the Aerolase compare to other lasers?

The penetration depth of these other lasers help illustrate the major difference from YAG lasers such as the Aerolase. Many conditions require greater depth of treatment to address the source. While other light therapies can address many problems, more treatments are needed and the capillary structures that feed many inflammatory disorders cannot be addressed.
